Refund Policy

At Desire Saloon, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided. Please read this policy carefully before availing of our services.

1. General Policy

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed unless there is a proven issue with the service quality.
In cases of dissatisfaction, customers are encouraged to report their concerns immediately to the salon manager or contact us using the details below. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Prepaid Appointments

If you have prepaid for a service and wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled without additional charges.

3. Packages and Memberships

Refunds for packages or memberships will only be provided if none of the included services have been used.
Partial refunds are not available for partially used packages or memberships.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a service paid for using a gift card is canceled, the refund will be credited back to the gift card balance.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances, such as:

An error in billing or duplicate charges
An inability to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues or staff unavailability)

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, based on the customer’s preference.
